Point Ring Measure fitting
Although no instructions were supplied on how to get the scale from the backing paper to the machine bed, I managed to work it out with minimal machine stripping. The side guide bar has to be removed, the linker needle withdrawn to it's maximum setting (or can be removed) one edge of the peeled-off scale then needs to be carefully slipped between the needle bed and the linker needle, the rest of the ring carefully lifted over the machine then placed on the machine bed (just behind the ring of needles (this was being fitted to the older D10 m/c). Looks great when fitted. Needles to say the machine bed should be cleaned beforehand.
