The problem with this item is many. One, there is no written instruction included in your package & there is no video on their YouTube page. You have to figure it out yourself. I had two machines, and both had the same part above, break off totally flush. Which means you have to dig and drill this 2mm post out of the shaft. I’ve already spent two days on one and I’m barely half way down the shaft. I’ve emailed multiple times with the vendor staff, which is how I confirmed I was on the right track. However, it’s more trouble than it worth. It’ should never be this complicated to replace a part. Unfortunately after purchasing two of these, they are now not useable after one year. They worked amazingly well up to this point.
