Arrived on my doorstep in Australia within 3 days of ordering - packaged so well there was no chance whatsoever of arriving damaged. Worked perfectly straight out of the box with no adjustments necessary. Excellent prompt communication by company to my initial enquiry regarding availability and later with regards to an additional item held up in transit by the freight company in AU (which was quickly sorted). I bought the stand too which makes it freestanding and much easier to use. A great machine, links beautifully, and I love having full control of every stitch with the hand wheel.

Hmmm.....
After owning an ancient linker for several years I thought I would treat myself to a new one after the old one broke. To be honest, it's been a big disappointment. On arrival it would not link properly and I was advised the looper may have been put out of line in transit. I spent ages trying to fix it. It's now working but it's very temperamental and so far rarely manages one seam without something going pear shaped. I wish I'd just got the old one fixed.

Setting of the linker
I received my beautiful linker but I am trying to make the setting of the needle because the yarns doesn't make a loop to do the chain. I guess i will achieve this because i have a second linker that makes the job perfectly and I have this small tool to do the settings: this is probably how we understand deeply the work of the machine :)
